Smell like the Saints

learn about the Saints and smell like them, too

Smell is such a powerful thing.  Integrating scents into your home can be another way to enhance your prayer life and connect to God.  Think of how you connect the smell of fresh baked cookies to your Grandmas house.  I bet you have a smell connection like that.  Molecules travel up into your nose and up in your brain into the limbic system!  Essential oils can get into your brain through your nose and to your limbic system that can help you relax, focus and even pray!  I'm so glad to have you on this journey with me!  I'm excited to connect the story of Saints with your sense of Smell!
