Saint Tarasius was a monk who was born in a noble family in the Byzantine empire. He moved up from secretary of Emperor Constantine to the Patriarch of Constantinople. He said he couldn’t accept it so he was cut off of full communion with Rome. But that was revoked when he was called on to settle something during the council of Nicea. He lived very simply, eating little, sleeping little and praying a lot. He also held up the sanctity of marriage and was imprisoned for condemning the emperor for putting away his wife and marrying a servant.
Saint Tarasius roller:
In a 10ml roller mix 15 drops of Lemon and 5 drops of Lavender.
Lemon and Lavender aren’t fancy blends like some of the oils I suggest on here. I picked them because they are simple like Saint Tarasius but still place a punch just like Saint T.
