Saint Basil is the patron saint of Russia.
Saint Basil (329-379) was an ordained priest. He was on the way to being a famous teacher but he was called to join a religious life in poverty. He studied monastic living and was said to have started the first monastery in Asia. While he was a priest, he faced major conflicts and wouldn’t back down when people denied the divinity of Jesus. He was an inspiring speaker in Caesarea, where he was the archbishop. At the Council of Chalcedon, they proclaimed that he was a great minister who spread the faith to all of the earth.
Saint Basil Roller: in a 10ml roller bottle add 15 drops of Valor (the oil of courage) and 5 drops of Basil. Fill the rest with a carrier oil. Roll on when you are going to stand up for your faith and ask Saint Basil to pray for you.
